ICM is an acronym for Intentional Camera Movement. Usually camera shutter speeds are selected to enable deliberate movement of the camera during exposure. Resulting images are varied and trial and error is often required to achieve an acceptable photograph. Subjects are often landscapes or urban scenes with varying amounts of movement to give a ghostly or ephemeral look. The following pictures are simple pieces of coloured electrical wire illuminated with an LED torch. The camera is then moved around the subject to form the shapes.
